Short Lead-time custom made clothing

In addition to our extensive range of stock garments, we offer a short lead time manufacturing service where we can typically produce and deliver many of our garments from the standard range and have them made with your own modifications with an average delivery time of 6 weeks.

We have reasonably low minimum quantities of 500 pieces per colour / garment.

Garment costing

All enquiries for Made to Order are quoted individually. The prices will vary depending on the exact detailing requested (fabric/colour/style/branding etc).

Sampling cost

There is a charge for preparing and sending prototypes to cover our costs.

Labelling

We can manufacture printed or woven labels from artworks provided and insert during production into the garments in a position of your choice. The addition of own Hang Tags can also be included.

Custom colours

For custom colours, Pantone® Matching System reference or a colour swatch should be provided. Lab-dips are free but delivery by courier from the factory is charged at cost.

Minimum quantities for own PMS is 500 per colour / style.

Additional services

• Screen / Digital and Sublimation printing at source - 'Panel printing' before garment assembly is a particular speciality, but all types of screen printing techniques are available.
• Embroidery – We offer a state of the art embroidery service using an 18-head embroidery machines.
• Applique - Both knitted and woven fabrics, with fabrics layers and distressed effects are offered.
• Hang Tags - Production / Printing and insertion
